The unique Turkish-themed decor gives the place a charming, quirky vibe that sets it apart. Plus, the attached garden cafe offers a discount and serves decent breakfast options, which is a nice bonus during your stay.
The noise from the street is pretty relentless, making it hard to catch some Z's, especially with those flimsy single-glazed windows. Bathrooms are on the small side—good luck navigating the shower if you're taller than average. Cleaning services seemed a bit hit or miss, and I had issues with the room key, which was sometimes a hassle. the stair access is pretty tough if you're lugging heavy bags, so keep that in mind. Finally, some furnishings felt dated, which detracted from the overall appeal.

The deluxe room was super comfy and we got a fresh bed change midweek, which felt like a nice treat. I loved the rooftop terrace for relaxing and the cozy lounge area for unwinding after a busy day. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street, but it wasn’t too bothersome. Don't forget to try the homemade pastries at breakfast! 😊

The Single Room was cozy and clean, with lovely decor that gave it a charming vibe. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was tidy, but a bit compact. It was nice to be close to the main attractions, though the view could have been a bit better.

Just a strong match for a weekend adventure in Brighton with outstanding value for money. The room had decent heating, which helped a lot since it was cold when we arrived. Bring some extra toiletries as they might not have enough on hand.

quirky charm with garden views
Staying at Cappadocia Guest House was a delight. The Turkish-themed decor added a unique charm, and the garden cafe offered delicious breakfast with a discount. The location is perfect—just steps from Brighton's vibrant North Laines area. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Plus, having access to lovely toiletries made my stay feel special.
There were a few drawbacks. My room was on the smaller side and lacked adequate lighting, making it feel a bit dark at times. Noise from the street did seep in, which disrupted my peaceful moments. the shower temperature fluctuated, and some amenities felt a bit scarce.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, which made for a pleasant stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the railway station and close to various shops and eateries. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to provide local recommendations.
The room was quite stuffy due to limited ventilation, especially during warmer days.
